Single bar loom for rods

This machine, through an inductor controlled by a PLC, allows to insert pre-cut rigid rods in the warp shed, through a single positive take-rapier. The machine is provided of a presence control and a weft lenght control.
The complete production line is composed by:

• controlled calender loom
• impregnation tank (included drying oven)
• winding stand hydraulically controlled.
