Direct warping machine

This machine is suitable to warp beams for technical yarns or yarns with little elasticity.
The yarn is loaded only once and directly from the creel.
The rotating reel can be controlled for speed and drawing.
The beam dimensions must be programmed and other functions are adjustable as:

• the incoming yarn “traversing stroke” (width and speed)
• the yarn tensioning through the controlled passage-cylinders braking.

The pressing pneumatic cylinder (with adjustable pressure) guarantees the yarn compactness on the beam.
